A non-governmental organisation, Charity Z has donated Educational materials to Brains International School Nuaso, in the Eastern Region.
The organisation which seeks to support students in deprived communities held a fun-filled ceremony at the school premises with student participating in various games.
The team led by Jonathan Machator with support from Cyprus Global and Christian Missive together with other partners donated to the school, Desks, School bag, Exercise books, Bible, Pen and Pencil among others.
The donation dubbed, “Project 19.5” comes as a second project in the year after “Project 19” which saw the people of Bimbilla have their fair share in January.
Expressing his joy, founder of Brains International School, Rev. Dr. Samuel Nartey said, he never expected such a donation amidst their infrastructural and Furniture challenges after the entire school got burnt down.
“I appreciate this gesture so much and on behalf of my able stuff and the entire student body, I want to say a big thank you to Charity Z for this great thing they have done to Brains International School”.
Narrating his ordeal, Mr. Nartey says starting all afresh after the burning down of the entire school has not been easy.
He used the opportunity to call on all able bodies and stakeholders to assist the school to solve its infrastructural problem since it deters parents from bringing their wards to school and end up leaving the school.
